  • HOW YOU WORK

    • Track performance, marketing spend, and return on spend by channel for daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce reporting. This will include tracking spend for financial reporting and accruals.
    • Identify opportunities to drive performance through reporting on digital marketing KPIs and analyzing overall strategy
    • Assist with the execution of key digital marketing initiatives with various external and internal partners with the goal of building brand exposure and engagement across all channels to drive consumer loyalty
    • Work closely with the Director of Performance Digital Marketing to manage all affiliate relationships by partnering with the external affiliate agency and fostering and developing 1-on-1 relationships with top affiliates
    • Coordinate all display marketing creative requests and distribution of assets to affiliate and display partners
    • Manage the ecommerce promotional calendar and communicate updates to the team as needed.
    • Work closely with the internal teams to optimize process, deliver campaigns on time and on brand.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to share findings with the ecommerce team to further develop areas of opportunity for KennethCole.com.

    HOW THE JOB WORKS

    The Digital Marketing Analyst will work with the Director of Performance Digital Marketing on managing all acquisition and retention marketing channels for KennethCole.com. These channels include but are not limited to SEO, SEM, email, organic, affiliate, retargeting, and display marketing. The Digital Marketing Analyst develops clear communication and optimal processes to carry out a wide range of digital marketing tactics. This individual works closely with internal partners across the organization (merchandising, buying, operations, marketing and creative) to collaboratively plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns.

    HOW YOUR PAST WORKS FOR US (required)

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years experience working in marketing or similar fields, preferably in a retail environment.
    • Hands-on, practical problem solving and process improvements skills and ability to complete tasks within set timeframes.
    • Competency in Excel and PowerPoint. Able to tell a story with data.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and flexible.
    • Highly organized and detail focused with strong written and verbal communication skills
