  • HOW YOU WORK

    • Responsible for Senior Executives' daily schedule and managing time 
    • Prepare invoices, reports, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or PowerPoint
    • Make travel arrangements for Executives
    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by Executives
    • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
    • Perform general office duties
    • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons
    • Provide clerical support to other departments
    • Oversee calendars and all logistics of in-house and external meetings
    • Responsible for submission of T &E expense reports in a timely manner
    • Partner with cross functional departments to assist with projects for Senior Executives
    • Manage department PTO and sick day tracking
    • Manage & Maintain departmental annual budget
    • Track invoices to be approved and sent to A/P
    • Manage department credit card expenses and submissions to A/P

    HOW THE JOB WORKS

    Provide administrative support to multiple Senior Executives and assist in department related projects and tasks as needed.

    HOW YOUR PAST WORKS FOR US (required)

    • 1-3years of experience working for Fashion/Retail brand
    • Administrative experience required
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and fashion systems knowledge
    • Ability to anticipate the needs of Executives and work in a fast paced environment
    • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
