  • HOW YOU WORK

    • Coordinate sales orders with Production teams and ensure that ordered products are delivered on time
    • Enter sales orders into database and release orders into the warehouse for shipment
    • Verify sales orders to ensure that all manually entered data is accurate and correct
    • Constant communication and contact with client/customer for updates on shipment
    • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
    • Partner and assist Sales team needs with availability, order status
    • Troubleshoot and partner with Management/Production team  to resolve product issues and concerns
    • Coordinate orders with production teams and ensure that all ordered products are delivered on time
    • Provide Customer Service team with constant/live updates on shipments
    • Allocation of inbound shipments versus sales orders to ensure best fill rate

    HOW THE JOB WORKS

    You will assist internal departments, Customer Service Reps and Sales teams and external business partners in finding solutions to resolve any issues. You will provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships.

    HOW YOUR PAST WORKS FOR US (required)

    • Bachelor’s degree or related degree
    • Relevant internships or experience preferred
    • Warm, engaging personality with excellent writing and communications skill
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic and eager to learn
    • Self-motivated, problem solver with a drive to succeed
    • Deep organization and follow through
    • Relationship and results-oriented
