Account Executive, Women's Footwear

The Account Executive, Footwear will be responsible for leveraging world-class brand and luxury retailer expertise and relationships in the contemporary market. The ideal candidate will possess the proven knowledge to execute the sales strategy with a keen ability to drive sales.


  • Full understanding of Retail Math including vendor margin calculations, and profitability
  • Wholesale projections and ensuring annual sales plan is achieved
  • Implement, manage, and assist with development of sales strategy
  • Set and monitor annual sales plans
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Manage profitability of key accounts using KCP flow forms and track weekly wholesales
  • Present line to buyers at Market meetings
  • Assortment Planning
  • Communicate sell-through feedback to Design team
  • Analysis of market competition and competitive shopping
  • Travel to accounts for meetings and branching
  • Market set up organization, unpacking and bag preparations
  • New account prospecting
  • Provide accurate projections to Merchandising and Production Divisions
  • Provide accurate information to the Planning Division

Skills and Requirements

  • Women’s Footwear Sales experience, minimum of 3 years in wholesale Women’s Footwear sales experience
  • Experience, knowledge and/or relationships with key management in independent stores
  • Extensive retail math skills 
  • MS office; strong Excel skills
  • Ability to travel extensively
